Solutions built for how your business actually operates.
We build custom AI systems that automate workflows, connect your tools, and give your team time back. Every project is scoped to your specific problems, not a template applied to your business.

Take the 5-minute readiness assessment first.
Score your organization across five AI maturity dimensions to find out whether a custom build is the right next step or whether your foundations need work first.
Document Intelligence
Your team's knowledge, instantly searchable.
Your company has years of institutional knowledge locked inside documents, contracts, internal wikis, and email threads. When someone needs an answer, they dig through folders, search across systems, and ask colleagues who might remember. The information exists; finding it is the problem.
We build secure AI assistants that connect to your company's private documents and answer questions instantly, with source citations. The system searches across file types, understands context, and returns precise answers instead of keyword matches. Insurance brokerages use this to search policies, endorsements, and AMS notes; staffing agencies use it to surface past candidates already sitting in their ATS. Your data stays in your environment. Nothing is sent to external servers or used to train third-party models.
Teams that spent hours searching for information get answers in seconds. Onboarding accelerates because new hires can query the system instead of waiting for tribal knowledge. Decision-making improves because the right data is always accessible.
Workflow Automation
Stop copying data. Start automating the flow.
Your people spend their days moving information between systems. They download a report from one tool, reformat it, and upload it to another. They copy customer details from email into a CRM. They manually trigger approvals that should route themselves. Every handoff in these time-consuming manual workflows is a chance for error, delay, and wasted time.
We build automated pipelines that connect your existing software. Data moves between systems on its own. Reports generate and deliver themselves on schedule. Approval workflows route to the right person automatically. Marketing agencies use this to compile cross-platform client reports without the monthly CSV scramble; insurance brokerages use it to route submission flux between AMS, comparative rater, and carrier portals. We work with the tools you already use, not replace them.
Hours of manual work eliminated every week. Fewer data entry errors. Faster turnaround on the processes that used to bottleneck at someone's desk.
Custom AI
AI that actually knows your business.
Off-the-shelf AI tools give generic answers. They do not know your products, your internal terminology, your customer base, or your operating procedures. Every time your team uses a general-purpose AI, they spend as much time correcting the output as they would have spent doing the work themselves.
We train AI assistants specifically on your data, your terminology, and your workflows. We use a right-sized AI model for your specific tasks, so the system understands your context because it learned from your documents, your processes, and your domain. Staffing agencies fine-tune the system on candidate language and screening patterns; insurance brokerages train it on policy terminology and underwriting guidelines so it stops sounding like a chatbot and starts sounding like your team. It speaks your language because it was built to.
AI that is useful from day one because it already understands the context your team would otherwise have to explain. Customer-facing teams get instant, accurate responses. Internal teams get a knowledgeable assistant that improves with every interaction.
AI Agents
Autonomous systems that handle the work, not just the steps.
Workflow automation handles predictable, repeating processes well. But not everything your team does follows a script. Some tasks require judgment: triaging incoming requests, deciding what to escalate, pulling data from multiple sources to answer a question that has never been asked before. These are the tasks that still land on someone's desk because a simple automation cannot handle the ambiguity.
We build AI agents that operate autonomously within defined boundaries. They can interpret unstructured inputs, make decisions based on context, execute multi-step tasks across systems, and escalate to a human when the situation calls for it. Insurance brokerages use these agents for carrier portal triage and endorsement workflows; staffing agencies use them to bridge the ATS-to-VMS gap and chase down submittal status without a human in the loop. Unlike a static workflow, an agent adapts to the task at hand.
Work that previously required human judgment at every step now runs on its own. Your team handles the exceptions, not the routine. Response times drop, throughput increases, and the return on investment compounds as your people focus on the decisions that actually require them.
Custom Software
Software built around how your team actually works.
Not every operational problem needs AI. Sometimes the answer is a custom tool that replaces a spreadsheet, automates data entry across multiple platforms, or pulls together data your existing systems do not share. We build internal software tailored to your specific workflows: dashboards that aggregate the data you actually look at, tools that handle the manual work your team should not be doing, integrations between systems that do not natively talk to each other.
AI-assisted development has collapsed the cost of custom software. Work that would have required a 6-month agency engagement now ships in weeks, at SMB-friendly prices. We build either AI-powered systems or traditional custom software, depending on what your operation actually needs.
Strategy
Clarity before commitment.
You know AI could help your business, but you do not know where to start. The landscape is noisy. Every vendor promises transformation but few explain what is realistic, what the risks are, or what it actually costs. You need a clear-eyed assessment, not a sales pitch.
We conduct a structured assessment of your operations to identify the highest-impact, lowest-risk opportunities for AI implementation. You get a prioritized roadmap with realistic timelines, honest cost estimates, and expected returns. If the best answer is "not yet," we will tell you that.
You leave the engagement knowing exactly what to automate first, what infrastructure is required, what it will cost, and what return to expect. No ambiguity, no wasted budget on the wrong initiative.

Engagement
Custom AI Build
A Custom AI Build is a tailored engagement that designs and ships an AI system around your specific operations. Most projects combine two or more of the capabilities above (document intelligence, workflow automation, custom AI assistants, agents, integrations) wired into the systems your team already uses. Every build starts with discovery, scopes to your real workflows, and ends with a deployed system your team operates day to day.
Typical timeline: 4 to 8 weeks of build work after a 1 to 2 week discovery phase. Larger or more integrated systems extend on the build side; the discovery phase stays roughly the same.
Pricing: Custom AI builds vary significantly in cost based on scope, complexity, and the number of systems we integrate with. A focused single-workflow build is a fundamentally different engagement than a multi-system platform. Pricing is determined during a paid discovery phase, where we map your operations, identify what AI can and cannot solve, and produce a fixed-fee proposal for the build. We do not issue generic proposals; you get a written architectural blueprint with line-item pricing before any commitment.
Every engagement starts with a conversation.
